2015-2016 Season Payment Procedures **Important Changes**
MSP is pleased to be gearing up for fall events and the 2015-2016 season. We have made exciting strides moving forward with the technology and media aspects of our program. We have an updated website that will launch by January 2016, which will be mobile friendly. You will start to see more features added to our events with MSP and Midwest Media, videos, social media and much more! As technology advances, MSP has decided to move forward with a change in our payment procedures, effective the start of our fall season. Please see below the new payment procedures for MSP events:
The payment deadline for all events is the Sunday before the event at midnight. The only exception to this is in the case of tournaments in which MSP has advertised that the payment deadline is earlier.
All teams must pay online through www.usssa.com for every event by the payment deadline. MSP will no longer accept payments over the phone or by check.
Any team that is unpaid by the payment deadline is subject to be removed from the tournament prior to scheduling.

Specialty Events and Circumstances
On occasion, we have events that will require payment and procedures outside of our norm. We will make all appropriate communications to alert teams to these situations. On events such as the Hawaiian Hitfest, Cowtown Showdown, and Monster Bash we will reach our capacity very early (as often as two to 2-3 months in advance). On these situations, we will require payment early by a specified date for teams to remain in the event.
