2013 Season Payment Procedures
We are going to continue those procedures for 2013 and request that teams be paid prior to the tournament being drawn. We will still accept your entry into events, and will consider your spot being reserved, but will not be able to schedule your team into the event without your team being paid. We will still have multiple methods of payment, but are going to request it to be done prior to the deadline.
We also will no longer be accepting phone payments via credit card. We will still accept online payments via the USSSA.com credit card system, and would prefer they come through that method. Your team will also be allowed to pay via check, but it will need to be received prior to the deadline.
Here are the methods of payment that we will accept:
- USSSA.com. Here you will need to create and register your team (for the 2012 season) online at www.usssa.com. You will then be able to pay via credit card through the USSSA system. Look below if you need help with the online payment process. There is no longer an online processing fee for payments made through USSSA.com
- Mail. 21967 W. 83rd St., Shawnee, KS 66227. Please print this form (CLICK HERE) and send it with your payment.
- Fax. 913-543-6114. Please print this form (CLICK HERE) and send it with your payment.
We are not accepting credit card payments via the phone, and will not schedule your team into the event without payment.
Specialty Events and Circumstances
On occasion, we have events that will require payment and procedures outside of our norm. We will make all appropriate communications to alert teams to these situations. On events such as the Hawaiian Hitfest, Cowtown Showdown, and Monster Bash we will reach our capacity very early (as often as two to 2-3 months in advance). On these situations, we will require payment early by a specified date for teams to remain in the event.
