What's the Challenge?

Something to Eat will be out at Adair Park Saturday, April 9th for teams, families and friends to package meals together!  All of the meals we package will go to Harvesters to be given to those in need.

How does this work?

Something to Eat will bring out the supplies to package meals.  Teams can come to the Meal Packaging Tent at Adair Park during the day on Saturday.  We recommend stopping by in between pool play games or before your first game of the day.  Please RSVP if you plan to package meals so we know how many supplies to have on hand: email fastpitch@playmsp.com if you plan to be involved!

How much does it cost?
Meals are packaged in bags.  6 meals fit into a bag (see photo below).  Each bag is $1.50 (that means with 6 meals in each bag that each meal is just .25!)  We recommend teams pre-pay for this event, but cash on-site will be accepted. Pre-Pay here:

How many meals should I package?

We recommend your team or family sets a goal for # of meals you want to package.  
  • You can package 125-150 meals per person, per hour.  
  • For example, if you want to package with a team of 12 people for 30 minutes, you can package about 825 meals!!  Since each meal is .25, you will need to fund raise about $17 per athlete to accomplish this goal!
