Talkin Sports 2000 Broadcasting


 

TalkinSports2000, hosted by Randy Cook, is a sports talk show on sports and sports collectibles, with 2011 being the 20th Anniversary of the show! … Over the year’s Randy has interviewed current stars, such as Derek Jeter, Alex Rodriguez, etc., and legends such as Bob Feller, Warren Spahn, and Babe Ruth’s daughter, grandson and great grandson….

For the past 8 years Randy has set aside the month of July for World Series play by play, doing over 300 games during that time span….

If you schedule/sponsor a TalkinSports2000 World Series broadcast you will receive the following from Randy:

  • a tailor made broadcast designed around and for your team…
  • bio’s of your players, read throughout the broadcast…. (please get those to Randy asap).
  • shout outs to family and friends around the country during the broadcast… you will need to provide that information during the course of the game.
  • the broadcast is designed to be taped delayed so that the players and parents can enjoy all the action on their computer when they return home.the game will also be broadcast Live, but with that said, there are variables that play in to the streaming that can cause a broadcast not to be heard Live by everyone that tries to tune in!
  • the sponsoring team will receive exclusive rights to download the broadcast and make copies for each player on the team.
  • a postgame show (TIME permitting) featuring the manager, and any players that would like to participate.
  • if your team has sponsorship, Randy will be more than happy to mention those businesses during the broadcast… provide information to Randy with the player bio’s.

What you will need to provide Randy:

  • Sponsorship of a game is $200, to be paid by check or cash before the start of the game…. If you have 12 players on your team, $200 would equate to approx. $16 per player.
  • IF you schedule more than one game, the broadcast fee for each game following the initial broadcast will be $180.
  • As mentioned above, Randy will need player and team bio’s asap … Bio’s can include pretty much any type of information, with any stats you may have, being very helpful!
  • The use of a corner of one of your family tents is very important! … Due to the heat, having the equipment covered is very important!!! … ALSO, it would be a great help to Randy if a parent from your team, that knows the players well, would sit close and provide him with any changes that take place during the game.
