{Entry Information}

All of our tournaments can be entered in a multitude of methods.  Please choose one of the following that best suits you:

  1. USSSA.com.  The usssa.com system allows you to enter tournaments and pay online.
  2. Email.  You can email to bj@playmsp.com to get your team entered.  Please send your name, sport, team name, age & division of play, tournament, and contact information and we will enter your team into the event.
  3. Phone.  You can call 913-980-4111 to enter via phone.  If we are unavailable, please leave your sport, tournament, manager name, team name, age & division of play, and your contact information and we will contact you if we have any additional questions.
  4. Mail.  PO Box 860508, Shawnee, KS 66286. CLICK HERE to download an entry form to submit with all payments.

Our standard deadline for all events is 12 pm on Tuesday , the week of the tournament.  If the deadline were to be moved earlier (i.e. State Tournaments) it will be noted on the tournament information and the schedule.  Please be sure to verify the entry deadline to ensure that your team can still get a spot reserved. 

We do make every attempt to include every team, but realistically there are limitations to a tournament.  Tournaments can and do have the ability to fill up prior to the deadline.   Whenever possible, we will update the website to allow you to see the maximum number of teams that can enter an event.
