Northland Road Closure Information |
Tiffany Hills Sports Complex
8400 Tiffany Springs Rd., KC, MO 64153
Tiffany Springs Road is under construction at the intersection of Amity Road. You cannot access the park from the Amity Road and Hwy 152 Exit. Those coming from the south or east should access the park via Barry Road at I -29, go west to the intersection of N. Congress Ave. Take Congress North to Tiffany Springs Road, then west to the park. Those coming from the west should exit at N. Congress which is the west end of the Zona Rosa Complex. Go North on Congress. N. Congress is only a half diamond interchange.
Tiffany Springs Park
9000 Hampton Road KCMO 64153
Hampton Road is under construction at the Hwy 152 Interchange. You will need to travel west on Hwy 152 past the I-435 interchange. Hwy 152 will veer north and turn into Mo N. Hwy. As you veer north you will see a rural fire station on your right/east. Turn right/east at the fire station on to Tiffany Park Road. That road will take you east about 1.5 miles to Hampton Road and you will enter the park just to the north of that intersection.
Sorry for these inconveniences. The road improvements are very necessary but temporarily inconvenient. We will appreciate them in the long run! Thanks

Spirit Contest
Time/Day: All-Day on Saturday
Registration Required/Method: No. Your attendance is your registration.
Rules/Information: This contest involved everyone associated with your team. This will include involvement in the Dugout Decorating, Costumes, and overall Spirit. It will also include Costumes by players, coaches, and fans. Also taken into consideration is the "atmosphere" created by teams and their members.
Dugout Decorating Contest
Time/Day: 1st Pool Game on Saturday
Registration Required/Method: Registration is not required. Our judge will be scheduled to come to every team's 1st pool game on Sat.
Rules/Information: Teams are invited to decorate their dugout throughout the weekend in a Hawaiian theme. There will be a judge that will evaluate your dugout on multiple criteria (including: originality, use of props, consistency of theme, etc.) at one specified game. The only limitation should be your imagination. Teams will be notified which game they will have judged to allow them to go ALL OUT on that game.
What are the prizes for the Spirit Contest and the Dugout Decorating Contests?
Dollare value awards are certificates for future MSP events. Other prizes are listed. Awards will be determined by the order of finish: Place Spirit Contest Dugout Decorating1st Place Awards $200 Certificate 2nd Place Awards $150 Certificate 3rd Place Awards $100 Certificate
Your theme can be anything you want to use. It should be consistent through your costumes and your dugout. I would give examples, but don't want to give anyone's idea away. Let your creativity go WILD!!!! If it is going to be extremely crazy or involved, contact us to be sure we can do it with the complex.
Is there a cost for any of the Activities (Contests, Fun Services, etc.)?
The contests are free. The only activities that will have a charge is the Fun Services. It is $5 for a bracelet for access for the entire time they are present.
Are Uniforms/Uniform Numbers Required? What are the rules on Costumes?
Uniforms and Uniform Numbers are NOT required. It may be a little more challenging on the scorekeeper, but the goal is to have as many creative costumes as we can get.
Costumes can be worn for the entire game. They are not required, as we do not want to limit the costumes, but want to be conscientious about safety. If you have extensive costumes that you will not play in, please be sure bench personnell (like coaches) are in costume so the Judge will see said costumes.
What are the Game MVP awards, and how do they work?
For each game of the pool play, teams will be provided with GAME MVP medals. These medals are to be presented to the MVP player of the game from the opposing team. We ask that you speak with the coaches of the other team to avoid repeat awards of a medal to a player. Example: If a player gets a Game MVP medal during the teams’ first pool game. Please choose a different player for their second game.
